Terms of service

1. Scope
These terms apply to all orders placed in the online shop cafetiajo.com by customers with a delivery address in Switzerland.

3. Conclusion of contract
The presentation of products in the shop is a non-binding invitation to order. By submitting your order, you make a binding offer; the contract is concluded with the order confirmation by email.

4. Prices
All prices are in Swiss francs (CHF) and are final prices. No VAT is shown (not subject to VAT). Shipping costs are shown at checkout and in our shipping policy.

5. Payment
The available payment methods are shown at checkout. Payment is charged when the order is placed.

6. Delivery
Shipping with Swiss Post within 2 working days of receiving the order; delivery usually within 2–4 working days. Delivery only within Switzerland.

7. Returns
You may return or exchange products within 7 days of delivery, sealed and in their original packaging. Details are set out in our return and refund policy.

8. Warranty
Statutory warranty rights apply (Swiss Code of Obligations). In case of defects, please contact us at service@cafetiajo.com.

9. Governing law
Swiss law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). Place of jurisdiction: registered office of the company; mandatory places of jurisdiction remain reserved.
